Dough
1/2 tablet of biological yeast
1 tablespoon of sugar
2 and 1/4 cups of wheat flour
2 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of milk
Salt to taste
Filling
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 onions, cut into rings
400g of peeled and seeded tomatoes, cut into cubes
250g of chicken sausage, cut into four pieces
Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, dissolve the yeast with sugar
Add flour, butter, milk, and salt
Work the dough until it becomes smooth and easy to handle
Cover with cloth and let it rest until it has doubled in volume
Filling
In a pan, heat olive oil and caramelize the onion
Add tomatoes, salt, and pepper, and simmer until thickened. Reserve
Work the dough again
Make a ball and place it in an untangled and floured 28-centimeter-diameter pan
Let it rise again
On top of the dough, distribute the sausage and press them into the dough with your finger
Put it in the preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes
Remove from the oven and, still warm, cover with the sauce
Sprinkle with oregano and serve warm
