Dough
12 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 cup (ch) of milk
1 cup (ch) of olive oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of salt
3 egg whites
2 tablespoons of baking powder
Filling
1 can of sardines
1/2 cup (ch) of grated cheese
1/4 cup (ch) of grated cheese
1/4 cup (ch) of pitted green olives
3 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 chopped onion
Salt and black pepper to taste
Dough

Dough
Combine all ingredients except egg whites and baking powder in a blender
Blend until smooth and reserve
Beat egg whites until fluffy and add baking powder
Fold into the dough mixture
Add to the dough mixture and mix delicately. Reserve
Filling
Combine all filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well
Place half of the dough in a greased and floured pan, spread the filling, and cover with the remaining dough
Bake until a toothpick comes out dry
Serve hot or cold.
