1 1/2 cups of biscuit crumbs
chocolate chip cookies or cornflakes crushed by blender
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of melted butter or margarine

Mix the crumbs and sugar
Add the melted butter and mix well
Line a cake mold with this mixture, pressing it down firmly
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or bake in a moderate oven for 10 minutes
Then, fill with vanilla sorbet or whipped cream
You can also place two layers of sorbet: whipped cream and strawberry or vanilla and chocolate
If desired, top the sorbet with shaved chocolate.
