Grease a rectangular 25x12 cm form with a little oil
Line the form with parchment paper and reserve
In a processor, blend the cookies and hazelnuts to obtain a crumb mixture
Use this mixture to line the bottom and sides of the form, pressing firmly
Filling
Let the ice cream soften slightly, then mix in the cream cheese and milk
Assembly
Pour the filling into the form, cover with parchment paper and place in the freezer
When serving, remove from mold
Decorate with chocolate sauce.
