Beat the egg whites until stiff and firm
Gradually add the confectioner's sugar while continuously beating
Shape the meringue into a shell and place it on a greased baking sheet, in the shape of a spiral
Create a border of meringues around it, as shown in the photo
Place it in a slow oven (100°C), until the meringue is dry and firm
Remove from the oven and let cool
Top with whipped cream
Hull the strawberries, wash and drain them
Cut them in half and place them on top of the whipped cream
Sprinkle with confectioner's sugar to taste.
