1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
6 black plums without pits
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tablespoons of dried apricots
8 chopped almonds
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Porto wine (optional)
6 small dates
1 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of water
1/2 cup more and 1 tablespoon of butter
2 eggs (whites and yolks separated)
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
6 black plums without pits
Cook the can of sweetened condensed milk for 50 minutes in a pressure cooker, counted after boiling, until it reaches a consistency like butter
Warm down before opening the can
Mix this sweetened condensed milk with the apricots, almonds, cinnamon, and wine, and reserve
Cut the top off the dates, remove the pit and seeds, and fill them with the sweetened condensed milk
Cover with the date's own top and reserve
Make a caramel with half of the sugar and water
Distribute in a refrigerator and spread the dates over the caramel. Reserve
Beat the remaining sugar with 1/2 cup of butter until it reaches a creamy consistency
Add the yolks and continue beating
Add the milk and flour, and beat some more
Add the yeast and mix
Beat the whites until fluffy and incorporate into the mixture
Distribute in the refrigerator, spreading it between the dates
Place a small piece of butter on top of each date and black plums over them
Bake in a medium oven, in a water bath, for an hour
Serve warm.
