125 g of softened butter
1 egg
2 tablespoons of water
250 g of all-purpose flour

1 beaten egg

In a pan, heat the olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic, and cook the chicken until golden brown
Add the bell peppers, olives, salt, pepper, and paprika. Reserve
Mixture
In a bowl, combine the butter, salt, egg, and water
Mix well
Add the flour and mix until a smooth dough forms
If too sticky, add a little more flour
Wrap the dough in plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour
Unroll the dough into a circle
In a deep dish, place the stuffing, topped with the dough
Brush with the beaten egg
Bake at 200°C until the crust is golden brown.
