1 1/2 cups of crushed graham crackers
150g of softened butter

2 cups of granulated sugar
1 can of heavy cream
150g of semisweet chocolate chips
Juice from 2 lemons
1 package of unflavored gelatin
Red fruit sauce for topping

Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the butter to form a crust
Line the bottom of a 22cm diameter pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool
Filling
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and heavy cream
Divide into two parts
In the first part, mix in the melted chocolate
Spread over the crust and refrigerate until firm
In the second part, mix in the lemon juice and dissolved gelatin
Spread over the chocolate cream
Refrigerate until firm
Top with red fruit sauce
