1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons of dietetic fondant for oven and grill
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
5 tablespoons of water
Fruit slices of your preference to decorate

Peel the strawberries and pear, cut them into four pieces and remove the seeds
Peel the peach and cut it into slices
Peel the orange, remove the peel and cut it into gummies
Place the fruits in a pot and add the orange juice, cinnamon, and cloves
Cover the pot and bring to a simmer over low heat until the fruits are tender
Let it cool and puree the mixture in a blender until smooth. Reserve
Mix the crushed crackers with light margarine to form a paste
Line the bottom and sides of a removable mold with the cracker paste
Mix the fruit puree with cream cheese, cinnamon, and dietetic fondant. Reserve
Hydrate the gelatin in water and heat it in a double boiler until dissolved
Add the gelatin to the fruit mixture and mix well
Spread this mixture into the prepared mold, cover with aluminum foil and refrigerate for five hours
Unmold and decorate with sliced fruits.
