Preheat the oven to 350°F
Combine all ingredients with your fingertips until just combined, without overmixing
Cover and refrigerate for two hours

In a removable bottom pan, make a layer with butter and sugar
Place in the oven and caramelize without burning
Distribute bananas on top of caramel
Roll out dough to cover bananas
