Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic
Add the diced tomatoes and stir for a minute
Combine the sardines and chopped parsley, season with salt and cook for a minute. Reserve
Cut the puffs in half
In a greased refrigerator, build the torta
Make a layer of puffs
Spread mayonnaise and top with the sautéed sardine mixture
Repeat the layers and finish with a layer of sardines
Place in a preheated oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately as a main course.
