Open the dough over a 22 cm diameter tart pan or something similar
Cut the remaining dough into strips
Poke the dough with a fork
Brush with egg white
Arrange the strips in a grid pattern over the dough
Place strips around the dough to give it a finish
Bake in a preheated oven (220°C) until golden brown
Place spoonfuls of ice cream into the squares of the grid on top of the cake
