Make a mound with the sifted flour and make a hole in the center
Add the olive oil, salt, and softened butter
Mix the ingredients with your fingers and add the water gradually until you get a homogeneous mass
Form a ball and wrap it with plastic film
Let it rest for 30 minutes in the refrigerator

Heat the oven to 400°F
At one end, mix the eggs with whipped cream
Add the chopped parsley and dill and season with salt and pepper. Reserve

Open the dough and line the bottom and sides of a mold
Poke the bottom with a fork, cover with wax paper and bake for 15 minutes
Remove from the oven and let it cool
Pour in the filling and put it back in the oven until it starts to brown.
