1 cup of mayonnaise (250g)

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and flour until smooth and well combined
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 25cm diameter mold

Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a pan, sauté the oil and cook the onion, then gently mix in the potato, season with salt and herbs
Beat the eggs, milk, and grated cheese well

Fill the cake with the potato mixture and top with the egg mixture
Bake in the oven until golden brown, for approximately 50 minutes
In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and flour until smooth and well combined
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and line the bottom and sides of a 25cm diameter mold
