Mix all dough ingredients, except for the egg, and make a crumbly mixture
Divide it into squares and line some well-greased molds
Beat the egg and brush the edges of the tarts with it
Use your teeth to press the edges all around firmly
After that, lightly prick the bottoms of the tarts and place them in a hot oven for about 10 minutes
