1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup of milk
1/4 cup of water
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
Sprinkle of hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon of mustard
2 cups of finely grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups of fresh or long-life whipped cream, beaten
Folage of lettuce or arugula for garnish

In a small saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the milk mixed with water
Heat over low and stir until the gelatin dissolves
In a bowl, beat together the lemon juice, onion, hot pepper sauce, and mustard
Add the dissolved gelatin
Combine the Parmesan cheese and mix well
Finally, add the whipped cream and mix carefully
Pour into a 1 1/2 liter capacity mold
Chill in the refrigerator until firm
Demold onto a plate lined with lettuce or arugula, or garnish with arugula
Serve chilled.
