1 cup of prosciutto, diced
1/2 teaspoon of mustard
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 1/2 cups of well-drained pineapple chunks

Melt the butter or margarine in a pan
Add the curry powder, green onion, parsley, and prosciutto
Let it cook until the vegetables are tender
Remove from heat and stir in mustard, mayonnaise, pineapple, and mix well
Fill the pre-baked tartlets with this mixture and bake in a moderate oven (170°F) for about 10 minutes, or until warmed through.
