1 Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C)
Put the flour in a bowl and combine with butter, sugar, egg, and milk
Mix well
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes
2 Roll out the pastry dough to form six tart shells of 8 cm diameter
Place the shells on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes
Filling
1 In a saucepan, combine milk, sugar, egg, and flour
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
Let cool
2 Place a small amount of whipped cream on each tart shell and decorate with strawberries and pecans.
