6 slices of pork loin without rind
2/3 cup of creamy cheese or aerated cheese (140g)
6 fried and crumbled bacon slices
1 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 egg
1 natural yogurt (200g)
1/3 cup of melted butter or margarine

Spread the cheese generously over three pork slices
Sprinkle with bacon
Cover with remaining pork slices
Cut each slice into four triangles
Sift together flour, yeast, and salt
Beat the egg separately
Combine yogurt and melted butter
Mix until smooth
Pour the oil into a frying pan (5cm deep)
Coat the sandwiches in batter, making sure they are completely covered
Fry for 1 minute on each side, at medium heat
Drain on paper towels and serve warm
Yield: 12 sandwiches.
