In a large pot, cook the wheat in water for 40 minutes or until tender
Drain and reserve

In a medium pot, sauté the onion in olive oil for 10 minutes or until lightly browned
Add the peas, zucchini, and wheat, and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until heated through
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
