Dough
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath, then reserve
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, mixing until they form a homogeneous paste
Pour in the melted ingredients and mix everything together to form a new dough
Store it in the refrigerator to allow the dough to firm up
Retrieve the dough from the refrigerator and shape into small balls (about 50) using two spoons
Bath
Melt the chocolate in a water bath, waiting for it to reach a comfortable temperature (to check, take a little bit of chocolate and test the temperature by licking your finger)
Dip each ball of chocolate into the melted chocolate
Decorate each one with a grain of Jamaican peppercorn.
