In a blender, blend the cooked black beans with their broth
Strain through a sieve to remove skins. Reserve
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened
Add the black beans, season with salt and pepper to taste, and add the smoked bacon, corn kernels, and cabbage
Mix well
When it's simmering, gradually add the cassava flour while stirring constantly until it thickens slightly
Let it cook for 10 minutes.
