2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 cup of finely chopped onion
2 cups of corn, drained or fresh
1/2 cup of chopped green pepper
2 cups of tomato sauce or diced tomatoes, peeled and chopped
to taste: salt and black pepper
1 cup of water
1 cup of fine breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of crumbled Minas cheese
1/2 cup of chopped black olives
1/2 cup of chopped peanuts

Fry the onion in olive oil until softened
Add the corn, green pepper, tomato sauce, salt, and pepper
Bring to a simmer and add breadcrumbs, stirring constantly
Cook for 20 minutes
Add the crumbled cheese, black olives, and peanuts
Stir well and place in a greased mold
Bake in a moderate oven (170°C) for 45 minutes
