1 kg of mulatinho, fradinho or carioca cooked black beans
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped (100g)
2 cloves of garlic, minced

2 cups of smoked linguiça, cut into cubes
2 cups of fried pork rinds, crushed
2 cups of very fine shredded cabbage
1/2 to 1 cup of tapioca flour

In a blender, blend the cooked black beans with the broth
Strain through a sieve to remove skins
Set aside
In a pan, heat the olive oil and fry the onion and garlic
Add the black beans, season with salt and pepper, and add the linguiça, pork rinds, and cabbage
Without stopping, when boiling, gradually add the tapioca flour to thicken the mixture slightly
Transfer to a serving dish and serve hot.
