Place the canjiquinha in the water
Let it soak for about an hour
Squeeze out the canjiquinha
Set aside
Fry the 2 cloves of garlic with the oil, add the smoked and fresh pork ribs
When they are golden brown and tender, turn off the heat and set aside
Cook the canjiquinha in a pot with 2 liters of water and salt to taste
Stir frequently
When the canjiquinha thickens and releases from the bottom of the pot, it's done
Set aside
In the same pot used for frying the pork ribs, remove 4 tablespoons of grease and add to a new pot
Add 2 cloves of garlic, fry, and add the canjiquinha
Stir well
Add the fried pork ribs and serve
