Cook the black beans with water
After cooking, blend in a liquidizer. Reserve
Heat olive oil in a pan and add garlic, onion, black beans, salt, and pepper
Mix well
Add mandioca flour to achieve a thick paste consistency
Remove from heat and it's ready to serve
