3 cups of cream
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of Marsala or Porto wine
1/4 cup of cornstarch
4 egg yolks

Cook the cream
Beat the eggs with the sugar in a blender
Add some of the cream and cornstarch, and blend for another 3 minutes
Transfer the mixture to a pan with the remaining cream and reheat, stirring until thickened
Remove from heat and add the wine
Let it cool, transfer to a container, and refrigerate for 1 hour
Serve in a mold, garnishing with washed grapes
