500g of cleaned and cut green beans
2 lightly beaten eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste

Fry the garlic and onion in olive oil until slightly golden
Add the green beans and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes, or until tender
Stir occasionally
Add the eggs, stirring well until cooked through
Season with salt and black pepper
Serve in 3 portions
Suggestion: Serve with pork or chicken
