Combine the flour, sugar, butter, and vanilla extract
Mix with your fingers until it forms a crumbly mixture
Make a well and add the water
Mix until it becomes homogeneous

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 4 mm thickness
Use the cookie cutter to cut out the biscuits
Skewer each one with a toothpick

Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until the bottom is golden brown
Let it cool
Coating
Mix all ingredients except granulated sugar
