2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
0.5 kg of zucchini, chopped
Florets of cornmeal
Basil to taste
Paprika to taste
2 cooked eggs, diced
3 tablespoons of green olives, pitted

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat
Add the garlic and onion, and cook for three minutes
Add the tomatoes and chopped zucchini, and simmer until they're tender
Mix in the cornmeal, basil, and paprika
Remove from heat
Add the cooked eggs and green olives
Mix gently and serve.
