1 chicken breast with bone, cut into four pieces, 2 thighs, 2 drumsticks, skinless
3 cloves of garlic mashed

1/4 cup of chopped onion

1 bay leaf

3 tomatoes, seeded and peeled
1 cup of rice

Season the chicken with garlic, lemon, onion, and salt
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and cook the seasoned chicken until it's golden brown
Add the bay leaf, parsley, and tomatoes
Cover the skillet, reduce the heat, and let it simmer until the meat is tender
Add the rice and butter, stirring until everything is well mixed and flavorful
Serve immediately.
