2 cups of hot chicken broth
1 cup of heavy cream
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/4 cup of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 kg of sliced chicken breast, cut into strips
500 g of finely chopped onion
500 g of fresh mushrooms, sliced
100 g of butter
Salt to taste

Fry the onions in butter, stirring occasionally, until they're soft
Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until it's tender
Add the mushrooms, mustard, ketchup, and chicken broth
Stir well and let it simmer
Dissolve the flour in water and add to the pan, stirring
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens
Add the heavy cream, season with salt, and let it warm up without boiling
Serve immediately.
