Remove the skin and bones from the chicken breast and cut it into pieces about 3 cm long
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and add the chicken
Fry, stirring for 1 minute, and add soy sauce along with the garlic
When the chicken is almost cooked, add the carrots cut into thin slices and cook for another 5 minutes
Add the bell pepper and onion, cut into cubes about 2 cm long, the lettuce leaves chopped coarsely, the cornstarch dissolved in 1 cup of water
Stir occasionally and when the sauce has thickened slightly, add the sesame oil and instant spaghetti, cooked "al dente", drained and hot
Mix carefully and serve very hot.
