In a separate pot for steaming, place the cod, ginger, and cook until the fish is tender

In a skillet (special pan for sautΓ©ing), combine soy sauce, seasonings, fish sauce, cooked ginger, and simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes
Serve the cod and vegetables with the sauce.
