2 small avocados, pit removed and cut lengthwise into halves

2 to 3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon mustard, a little piece of crushed garlic, salt, and black pepper to taste
2 hard-boiled eggs, diced

Mix together the olive oil and vinegar and add the remaining ingredients
Add the diced eggs and stir well
Pour the sauce over the avocado halves until the pit cavity is filled
Serve each portion in individual dishes using a spoon
