2 cans of tuna
1 cup of toasted cashew nuts, chopped
4 tablespoons of finely chopped green scallion
salt to taste
1/2 cup of heavy cream
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime juice
4 small avocados
2 cans of tuna
1 cup of toasted cashew nuts, chopped

Mix the tuna, cashews, scallions, and salt
Combine the heavy cream with the lime juice and mix well
Add to the tuna mixture
Cut the avocados in half lengthwise
Remove the pits and cut a little of the avocado flesh
Pit and add to the tuna mixture
Stuff the avocado halves with the mixture, garnishing with cashew nuts if desired
Serves 8.
