1 ripe pineapple
3 tablespoons of honey
1 ripe pineapple

Choose a perfect and ripe pineapple, remove the top (but don't peel it)
Cut it into 6 chunks and place them in a large refractory dish
Douse with honey and let it marinate for 1 hour, turning the chunks occasionally
Place them on the grill with the rind facing down and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until well heated
Serve immediately as an accompaniment to pork ribs or prosciutto
Serves 4 to 6 people.
