Preheat the oven at 250°C
Wash the zucchinis and cut them in half lengthwise
Remove all pulp without damaging the shells
Chop the pulp and mix it with the egg, crushed crackers, cheese, and currants
Season with salt and pepper to taste and fill the zucchini shells
Place on a sheet of aluminum foil and fold
Heat an oven dish for 2 minutes
Place the paper package in the oven dish
Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes
