Preheat the oven to 400°F (hot)
Carefully remove the pulp from the zucchinis with a spoon, leaving a 1 cm border
Reserve 1 cup of that pulp
In a medium bowl, mix well the mozzarella cheese, oregano, lime rind, salt, tomato, and reserved zucchini pulp
Fill the zucchinis with this mixture
Arrange the stuffed zucchinis in a large baking dish, without greasing
Brush them with butter
Put it in the oven for 30 minutes or until the zucchinis are tender but still slightly crispy
