Combine the stuffing ingredients and mix well to form a familiar farofa. Reserve
Clean the artichokes

In a large pot, place the whole, clean artichokes and enough water to cook them (approximately one-third of the pot) and lemon juice
Cover and let cook until the leaves become tender
Remove the artichokes from the pot

Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Remove the choke from the artichokes and place the reserved stuffing in the center of each
Place them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
Serve hot as an appetizer.
