5 prosciutto rollups, either raw or cooked
1 large avocado, peeled and pitted, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 jar or can of mushrooms
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
5 prosciutto rollups, either raw or cooked
1 large avocado, peeled and pitted, cut into small cubes
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 jar or can of mushrooms
1 cup grated cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup cold water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
Soak the gelatin in cold water
Warm up the chicken broth
Melt the soaked gelatin and mix with the warm broth until dissolved
Let it cool down
When it starts to thicken, place a thin layer at the bottom of a wet mold filled with water
Add two prosciutto rollups, some avocado cubes, and cheese cubes on top
Cover with another thin layer of chicken broth
Let it thicken a bit more
Layer ingredients, alternating between chicken broth, avocado (previously moistened in lemon juice), cheese, and mushrooms well drained
The final layer should be chicken broth
If there's not enough broth, prepare more at the same proportion
Refrigerate until firm
Unmold onto a serving plate
