Salt and pepper to taste
3 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges

Cook the broccoli florets in boiling water for about 8 minutes, until they're tender but still crisp
DRAIN well and let cool
Mix together the yogurt, salt, pepper, and mustard
Pour over the broccoli and stir to combine
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours
To serve, arrange the broccoli on lettuce leaves and garnish with tomato wedges
