6 green corn cobs

salt and black pepper to taste

Remove the husk and silk from the green corn cobs
Mix together in a bowl mayonnaise, garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper
Rub each green corn cob with the mayonnaise mixture and wrap them in aluminum foil
Bake in moderate temperature (170°F) for 30 minutes, or until they're tender
