In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over high heat
Add the onion and sauté, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes or until softened
Add the tomato, sweet herb, chicken bouillon, salt, and thyme
Stir to combine
Cover the saucepan and let it simmer
Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes or until the sweet herb is tender
Add the wheat, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 10 minutes or until al dente
Transfer to a tureen and serve immediately.
