Remove tough outer leaves from the artichokes
Prepare according to instructions
Gently open up the artichoke and remove the hairy choke
Mix together garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper
Fill the center of each artichoke with this mixture
Place them in a pot, snugly nestled against each other
Drizzle with olive oil
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes
Add wine and broth
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 45 minutes or until tender
Serve six.
