In a bowl, combine all the filling ingredients and mix well to form a smooth paste. Reserve
Clean the artichokes well
In a large pot, place the whole artichokes and clean ones with enough water to cover them and lemon juice
Cover and cook until the leaves are tender
Remove from the pot
Preheat the oven to medium temperature
Remove the choke from the artichokes and place the reserved filling in the center of each one
Place them in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes
Serve hot.
