Cut off the top quarter of each head of garlic and place it in a piece of aluminum foil
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each head of garlic, then wrap them separately with double layers of aluminum foil
Place the packages in a baking dish and bake in a medium preheated oven for about an hour, or until the garlic is tender when pierced with a toothpick
Serve hot or cold as a accompaniment to salads or roasted meat.
