4 large garlic cloves (white and green parts very clear)

100 g of Catupiry Cream ®

Heat the butter and oil in a skillet and sauté the garlic for 5 minutes or so
Remove from heat and reserve
In the same skillet, add the heavy cream and whisk in the Catupiry Cream ®
Mix with a wooden spoon until smooth
Remove from heat and reserve
In a greased baking dish, arrange the roasted garlic
Spoon over the melted cheese and cover with aluminum foil
Bake in a medium oven for about 20 minutes
Transfer to individual plates and serve garnished with red pepper flakes.
