Boil the garlic in boiling water and drain. Reserve
Mix well the egg yolks, flour, and salt
Add the beaten egg whites
Grease a large frying pan with some oil and fry the egg mixture on both sides like an omelette
Place it on a plate and garnish with garlic cloves seasoned with olive oil, sea salt, lemon juice, and olives
Serves 6 people.
