Fry the chicken almonds according to the packaging instructions
Melt the butter or margarine
Add the onion and cook for a few minutes
Add the flour and mix well
Gradually add the chicken broth, stirring constantly
Cook until it thickens slightly
Season with wine
Serve the sauce over the chicken almonds and sprinkle with paprika or parsley if desired
